The EFMD Excellence in Practice Awards (EiP) recognise outstanding and impactful Learning & Development partnerships in the domains of Leadership, Professional, Talent and Organisation Development.

The L&D programme can be deployed by an organisation either together with its in-house Learning & Development unit or with external L&D providers. All partners must act as a team and contribute to the case study to ensure a balanced view. Award winning cases must demonstrate strong business impact, excellent programme management and operational excellence.

Writing the case study really helped us to reconnect to the challenge and impact of the programme we were running. It was great to step back and look at it from a distance in partnership with the client.
